For whom?

What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness teaches you to notice how you are in the NOW. This is not always the same as wanting things to be a certain way. It’s not about learning to feel or think in a specific way, but more about what you can notice about what you feel or think and how to approach it differently. Mindfulness helps you stand stronger in your power, making you feel confident about who you are and what you want.
What will you learn?
By training your attention, you will learn to:
- Focus better
- Manage stress more effectively
- Worry less
- Handle feelings and emotions better
Method
For this training, I use the Aandacht werkt! method by Eline Snel. If you’d like, you can download the accompanying app “Sitting still.” As a parent, you can also purchase the book “Ruimte geven en dichtbij zijn” if you would like to follow what’s being taught during the training.
